First of all, the biscuit business is more and more huge.
I can easily fit four 1.5lb loaves of bread or a triple batch of cookies. If using the mixer for commercial use or large batch baking its safe to assume 50 average size cookies at once can be made (measured using a cookie scoop).
I've tried doing larger batches of cookies and while it doesn't bother the mixer at all it does overflow the bowl. I'm fairly certain the seven quart bowl will fit this mixer and there is a small bowl/whisk set for whipping cream or beating egg whites available for smaller jobs.
This automatic Biscuit & Cookies Production Line is big. It does not slide under our upper cabinets but will fit under them if I tilt it then bring it upright once it's under.
Since it's a lift bowl style rather than a tilt head it can be used like this without a problem.

Ah, finally a high quality automatic biscuit production line whose metal parts stand the test of time!
The Complete Biscuit Production Line has a novel design, a compact structure and a high degree of automation. From feeding to calendering, forming, scrap recycling, drying, oil spraying, and cooling, it is fully automated and completed at one time.
Various high-end biscuits that are popular in the market can be produced by changing the mold and process formula, such as cream biscuits, sandwich biscuits, soda biscuits, animal biscuits, vegetable biscuits, etc.
Loyal can provide users with hundreds of molds and dozens of process formulas.
I purchased the Full automatic Soft & Hard Biscuit Production Line eight years ago,
I've had it for 9 years and it still works great.
It's easy to clean, take it apart and wash with hot soapy water, then dry on a clean rag. I highly recommend this Biscuit production line manufacturer.
I used it for the first time yesterday and I felt like a genius. I agree that the room is small, but it turned out very well and I don't mind producing a variety of cookie lines on a regular basis because he is really easy to use!!!
This is the first automatic biscuit making machine I have ever used, so I have nothing to compare it to. It's a great one. Very easy to use and well made, I can see it lasting almost forever.
Just a few notes.
The product description describes it as a stainless steel finish; this is just cosmetic and you may see some videos that mention a black extension handle for more leverage. This one doesn't, and the instructions don't mention it, but it's not a big deal; press the handle down and squeeze the dough out. As you use it, you may find the piston lever rotates a bit as each cookie is pressed out and is easily removed for cleaning.
I received it as a Christmas present - for the 10th year in a row complaining about how much I hated my two old cookie making machines baking cookies a few weeks ago.
Made some butter cookies last night. This is by far the easiest to use Small scale biscuit production line. I'll be done soon.I've tried different disks and they're all lovely, even. This also seems to be a research structure. I will recommend to friends.

I've never used the automatic biscuit production line before, so while waiting for this press to arrive, I searched for some general tips on how to use the biscuit manufacturing process.
There are many different biscuit production techniques. None of this applies to this fully automatic biscuit production line.
Because he is automatic! !
You fill it with dough, and you push the lever down, and one process comes down,
On top of the cooling machine there will be clean biscuits and perfectly shaped biscuits.
So far I have used 200 tons of flour and have made beautiful cookies that are still beautiful. Going to buy a Sandwich biscuit production line next year
Hope the two production lines can be used together to make more money! !

I can't believe I didn't review this after purchasing it a year ago!
Every year I produce a large number of cookies in our factory. I have an old 90's Gold fish biscuit production linee that I've used for years, and it produces cookies in a single flavor (still good, just not as pretty!)
Ordered this awesome Letter biscuit production line from Loyal and it worked like a dream. It took me 2 hours, start to finish, to mix the dough, shape and bake nearly 1000 letters. A year later, it still works as well as the day I bought it. This is a great piece of equipment and worth every penny. It will last!

I received this fully automatic biscuit making machine at the beginning of the month, after installation, can't wait to use it.
My cookies are so cute. I did not use the recipes in the book.
Wife says we have more recipes and my book only has one recipe.
But there are many more online that I can't wait to use.
But definitely chill the dough, your Cookies production line is durable.
I thank Loyal for this cookie maker from which I know I will get years of delicious cookies! This device solves my business problem with arthritis in my hands, it's easy to use. I'm happy to see you visit automatic biscuit making plant

It was time for a replacement biscuit making machine for small business so I did some research. Loyal biscuit line came up near the top of all the reviews (and prices!).
I was tending towards a less expensive brand for small bussiness.
I did a batch of tests with my old cookie recipe instead of the one in the video and manual. I would say it was a success.
I did cool the cookie sheets as recommended by the manufacturer
Pros: Easy to use. The press, like the cookie mold, is made entirely of metal. very easy to clean
Cons: If you don't have a discount, the price will be high.

I have a loyal automatic biscuit production line that I bought about 8 years ago and it is still in working order. I bought this line again because I wanted a Small scale biscuit production line.
As I have the old one, I can compare it directly with this one and as far as I know the quality is still the same. The small biscuit making machine has some minor differences, for example the fingers that scrape off the bottom cutter and the roller are metal, whereas this one has plastic fingers.
The fingers on the new ones are removable for easier cleaning. They are not removable on the old one. So it's a toss up as to whether it's better. It depends on the longevity of the plastic fingers.
Apart from these differences in equipment details, the two machines are very close together and the parts are interchangeable, for example. Crank, tool, jig ...... they are all the same.
The electric motor is housed in a plastic casing. I don't know how robust it will be yet. Some people say the motor will burn out quickly. But I suspect it may be overstressed.
The motor really struggled when I tried to do this with the new small scale biscuit making machine.
On the new machine, the socket on the motor housing is keyed with a round hole and another square hole to ensure that the plug on one end of the wire can only be inserted one way. Unfortunately, the connector on the cord has two rounded sides and either way it goes into the socket. As a result, there is no way to tell if you have placed the power cord correctly. The motor will operate properly in this way, as the current is AC. However, if the housing is short-circuited and the wiring is reversed, this could be a safety issue. This is not a major problem because the housing is plastic, but be careful anyway. Don't get it wet.
It looks like a quality small biscuit line and time will tell how long the motor will last.

As a small business, we rely on small scale making machine for important production of bread and biscuit. After using this fully automatic biscuit making machine for years, we needed something larger that would be more reliable and help us up production.
